Clearly these graphs are related.<br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgc09H0l0dupUmImLiny_CImCZsjPBFCeklC5l9qPc8YTS6c3PbIzDrtvg0_SiY6P5UWKtgpdz8VfJggpiCcacBI5-vzkeus37tbNfHvLnkWLi3sxpjvW8I4nSWhFPnbNaE0pLc5yLpEZXn/s1600-h/Temp+%26+Climate+Change+420000+yr.jpg"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5068202134822404962" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgc09H0l0dupUmImLiny_CImCZsjPBFCeklC5l9qPc8YTS6c3PbIzDrtvg0_SiY6P5UWKtgpdz8VfJggpiCcacBI5-vzkeus37tbNfHvLnkWLi3sxpjvW8I4nSWhFPnbNaE0pLc5yLpEZXn/s320/Temp+%26+Climate+Change+420000+yr.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />The second graph shows the maximum IPCC prediction of climate change for the next 100 years. She will discuss the absolute biological imperative that we need to live sustainably on Earth. The Millennium Ecosystem Assessment Report (2005) noted there is established, but incomplete evidence, that changes being made to our ecosystem are increasingly the likelihood of non-linear changes that will have significant consequences for human well being.<br />This, coupled with our use of ‘natural capital’ (environmental or ecological capital), which is subject to the first and second laws of thermodynamics, means we need to rethink how we live on this planet if we are to have a long term future.<br /><br />The big questions are – what can we do about it? and Are we prepared to do anything about it?Phil Brownhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01766675620686796458noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5617857669670374450.post-50732231953130172312007-05-14T12:11:00.000+01:002007-05-14T12:45:42.583+01:00VenueThe <a href="http://www.myspace.com/fivelamps">Five Lamps</a> is at 25 Duffield Road, Derby DE1 2BH.
